Pregnancy Support Package
This package offers personalised support throughout your pregnancy, focusing on your questions, concerns, and decisions as they come up.
It is designed for families who want a trusted professional alongside them, without following a structured preparation programme.

We don’t follow a fixed curriculum. Instead, we focus on what matters to you at each moment in your pregnancy.
Sessions are shaped around your needs — whether that is understanding medical advice, preparing for appointments, or talking through decisions.
What’s included:
1. Prenatal intake
We start with a comprehensive intake session to get to know your story and your needs.
We explore your medical history, previous birth experiences, emotional wellbeing, expectations, and any concerns you may have. We also look at your current care pathway in Italy and what it means for you as an expat family navigating pregnancy in a different healthcare system.
This allows me to understand your situation fully so I can offer support that is tailored to you throughout pregnancy and the early postpartum period.
2. Two prenatal sessions (at home or online)
These sessions are flexible and guided by what you need at that moment in your pregnancy.
There is no fixed programme or curriculum. Instead, we focus on your questions, experiences, and decisions as they arise.
This may include topics such as:
-
Understanding pregnancy and maternity care in Italy
-
Preparing for medical appointments and decision-making
-
Birth preparation and discussing your options
-
Comfort measures and coping strategies
-
Preparing for life with a newborn
Each session is adapted to your personal situation, medical context, and emotional needs, and is designed to support you alongside the care you receive from your hospital, consultorio, midwife, or obstetrician.
3. Birth plan guidance
We create a clear and realistic birth plan that reflects your wishes while taking into account how maternity care works in Italy.
This is not a detailed step-by-step preparation process, but a guided conversation to help you structure your preferences and communicate them confidently with your care team.
4. Ongoing message support
From the start of our work together until 6 weeks postpartum, you can reach out to me via message for support, reassurance, and guidance.
Questions often arise between appointments — after a medical visit, in moments of doubt, or when you simply need someone to think things through with.
This ongoing contact ensures you have a trusted point of reference throughout your pregnancy and early postpartum period.
